This propulsive wheat beer is the second in our series of beers experimenting with Hefeweizen Ale Yeast. Yoyodyne is a Surly-fied take on a classic Hefeweizen, keeping the banana and clove notes subtle while using a classic Surly dry-hop schedule to spike it with fruity, floral, and citrus aromas.
