slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of kiwi and wheat, with a subtle and fitting phenolic dirtiness, some fried okra, mango and yeast. flavour is mostly wheat and peach syrup, quite herbal, with a light lactose sweetness, some ethanol and a tangy prickly pear finish. heavy-bodied with soft carbonation. brewed to style.
