Our Barrel Buddies series continues with our friends at Dayton Beer Company. We married two of our wine barrel aged dark sours with their pinot noir aged dark lager and threw a fruit salad onto it. Plums, blackberries, boysenberries, black currants (maybe it’s healthy for you? I don’t know). This complex dry sour has a great deal of wine-like aromas and flavors.
