Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Blend w/ Vanilla & Coffee
Synergy is a blend of barrel aged imperial stouts: 60% aged 24 months in Booker's Bourbon barrels and 40% aged 22 months in ex-Buffalo Trace organic maple syrup barrels. This imperial stout blend was then conditioned on Honduran espresso coffee beans from our friends at Manic Pixie Dream Coffee and a blend of Madagascan and Ugandan vanilla beans at a rate of 2lbs/bbl.
