The experimenter spirit of the 19th century and the legacy of Antal Dreher return in this golden amber-colour, strongly malted, yet light Vienna Lager called Óarany (Ancient Gold). In the 20th century, several types of lager beers conquered the world, but only the Vienna Lager made it to Mexico. The type quickly became the most popular beer in the country, thanks to Santiago Graf, brewer master of Dreher, who continued brewing beer in emigration. Nowadays, however, it’s hard to find vienna lagers, so Óarany is our tribute to a rarely made beer type of historical significance.
