Tábuas Dionéia #4

Dioneia is a series of beers refermented with Brettanomyces. The fourth beer in the series is a sour refermented with granadilla and Brett. Granadilla is a species of passion fruit, native to Colombia, with a delicate and slightly sweet flavor. This version is slightly acidic, fruity and very refreshing!
