Beer description
Brewed in collaboration with Noble Pie. We used a cocktail of different malts, added corn to mellow them out, and brightened things up with both old and new-world hops at various stages of the fermentation process.
Malt: Pilsner, Caramel Steam, C60, C75, Flaked Corn, Vienna
Yeast: 34/70
Hops: Ella, Motueka, Loral, Hallertau Mittelfruh
