For Scottish Export Ale the brewery start with traditional Scottish & German malts and British hops. The company adds a touch of NY Chautauqua Chocolate and Plumwood Smoked Malts from NY Craft Malt in Batavia and Cascade Hops from Clark Hollow Hops in Fabius for a bit of a New York twist on this classic style.
