Le Prospecteur - Tanière Chicoco

Tanière Chipotlé is a dark, high-alcohol beer flavoured with coconut and chipotle pepper. It has an array of flavours including coconut, chipotle pepper, chocolate, coffee and roasted grain. The richness of flavour created by the wide variety of grains and coconut used is balanced by a balanced bitterness and subtle spicy notes from the chilli pepper and hops added to the brew. This beer is brewed in honour of Val-d'or's new gourmet grocery shop, La Tanière. (SRM 26)
