Monky Bars is their take on the strong dark Belgian Dubbel style. It is deep red in colour, and has a rich full-bodied character with a slight suggestion of caramel, spicy notes and hints of banana with a relatively sweet malty finish. True to this style, it is fairly highly carbonated, and pours with a generous creamy head.
