Birra Tarì - Bonajuto

The Tarì Bonajuto represents a tribute to the oldest chocolate factory in Sicily, to its 150 years of activity and to what this reality has managed to give to the city of Modica. Once again the idea was born from the comparison with Franco Ruta, to arrive at an unusual marriage in which the artisan tradition of the ancient low-temperature processing of Modica chocolate meets the creative inspiration of the master brewers.
