IMPERIAL FRUIT PASTRY IPA is a sweet and sour top-fermented dessert beer with a refreshing fruit profile. The resulting fullness and smooth texture is due to the addition of wheat malt, oatmeal and lactose. Dessert sweetness combines in the beer with juicy raspberry and passion fruit flavors and fruity acidity. A delicately marked bitterness, characteristic of an IPA, counterbalances the resulting sweetness and juiciness.
