Tasty Waves is a pineapple and Riesling grape mead with habanero & Aji chili peppers aged in a mezcal (ex-bourbon) barrel for 6 months. 14% abv. Spicy, sweet, smoky... delicious. This was already a fantastic mead going in to the barrel and the mezcal (ex-bourbon) barrel added some pretty wild aromas to the mix. Art by Lost Horizon Design
