DDH OAT CREAM IPA is a pale, cloudy top-fermented beer. The intense rich flavor and aroma of tropical fruits and citrus comes from hopping with American hop varieties Citra, Mosaic and Sultana. The beer's exceptionally smooth and creamy texture was achieved by using plenty of oat malt, oatmeal and lactose. The delicate sweetness is contrasted by a medium, good quality bitterness.
