TeeDawn - Gentle Lager

A brewer's abilities must be measured on the ability to brew a lager, also called the Naked Beer. Gentle Lager is - as the name indicated - perhaps the most gently brewed alcohol-free craft-beer of 0.0%. It is tight, classic, mineral, leaking, fresh and with a long and comfortable bitter aftertaste. It is brewed on 1. - Class natural hops, southern German barley malt, house yeast and soft and fresh spring water from the mountains of the Black Forest. The magic arises when our two world champions of non-alcoholic beer brewing start their quirky and unique Vakkum distiller and separate the alcohol from in such a way that all flavourings, minerals, vitamins and flavors are preserved and the beer is then cold tapped.
