Beer description
A light, mild, fresh, fruity and at the same time raw and unfiltered Amber Ale with a hint of German bitterness and lovely aftertaste characterized by citrushumler. The New AleCut takes a whole 60 days to brew, and the overyeast does not take place in open brewing vessels, where the brewer can smell and see the development of beer with his own eyes. It is brewed on barley malt, natural hops, a secret yeast and the softest and cleanest spring water which is collected deep under the brewery, far out in the countryside of northern Bavaria.
