Clock Fenetra - Tekutý kapřík (2023)

DDH Kölsch, which we decided to double cold-mould compared to the original version. Thanks to the use of two German hops, Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon, it will have a more fruity flavour and aroma, but still retain some of its original profile. Due to its lower fullness, the beer is beautifully drinkable, the taste is slightly spicy, hoppy and fruity with hints of white wine, sweet smelling flowers and yellow melon due to the type of yeast used. The colour is straw to light golden due to the use of a small amount of wheat malt.
