Bring On The Night is a pure imperial stout with no additives. All the flavor comes from the complex malt base and a clean fermentation process. The beer has 12% ABV and tastes very smooth with classic notes of coffee, liquorice, chocolate and a medium to light roast note. Enjoy it as is, or with ice cream or a nice piece of chocolate. The name is inspired by the fantastic song by The Police ? "Bring on the night I couldn't take another hour of daylight"
