Unfiltered and unpasteurized semi-dark beer. This type has a richer and more bitter taste than traditional IPA. It has a pronounced aroma of hops and fruits, particularly citrus, and also has notes of pine resin. WEST COAST IPA has a high bitterness, which is achieved by using a large amount of hops in the brewing process. Hopped with: citra, simcoe, amarillo.
