Czech born, Nova Scotia made. Our pilsner is a traditional Czech style pils with a lower ABV but lots of flavour. It’s an approachable beer for those who are just dipping their toe into the craft beer world with it’s light hop flavour and golden hue. Speaking of Czech, did you know that the make up of HRM’s water is almost identical to that of the Czech Republic? That makes it perfect for brewing a crisp, light bodied pilsner.
