Beer description
Plush, pillowy and scrumptiously citrusy, this New England IPA is heavy on hops and light on the lips. We make a lot of beers of this style, and far from causing a schism, we’ve fallen into a nice little rhythm.
This stunning, semi-opaque liquid was hopped to a dreamy haze with a healthy helping of Citra and Citra Cryo. What’s Cryo, you ask? Well, it’s no enigma—in fact it’s that super green, super aromatic, super sticky cone of the hop that’s anything but icky. But we didn’t leave Enigma out of the mix, either. We welcomed that high-hop oil from Down Under to the whirlpool just to take this over the top.
Hops
Citra - HBC 394 aromatic hop, Citra Cryo
