Otherworld Brewing - Tequila Barrel Aged Sour

Our Leipzig Style Gose has been transformed. Aged in tequila barrels, bright lime-like acidity gives way to vanilla sweetness from the oak casks, followed by notes of agave, pear, citrus and a moreish minerality, not unlike some white wines. Inspired by traditional German Gose, this sour beer is refreshing with a little salinity.
