Beer description
Cloudfeeder was brewed in collaboration with Tired Hands Brewing Company using Hill Country spring water, malt, spelt malt, oats, and hops. It was fermented with our mixed culture of beer yeast and native yeasts and bacteria collected from the soil and air around our brewery. It was then re-fermented with honey from Pennsylvania, along with zest and juice from Texas limes and grapefruits, and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops.
