Sawdust City - Terroir Project: Chinook Collingwood - Wet Hop

The morning of September 5th, 2016, the Sawdust City brew team travelled to Clear Valley Hop Farm in Nottawa, Ontario. Through the early hours we helped with the harvest of their Plantation # 1, Row # 27 Chinook hops. By 11am, 140lbs of hops were picked and bagged. We then travelled the 115km back to the brewery & by 1pm that afternoon the hops were in the brew kettle. This WET HOP PALE ALE is the result. Crafted with a nice, bready malt bill to balance the loads of fresh, aromatic, whole cone hops bursting with notes of bright citrus fruit.
