Sawdust City - Terroir Project: Chinook Tillsonburg

The morning of September 6th, 2016, the Sawdust City brew team travelled to VQH Farms in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Through the early hours we helped with the harvest of their Row G Chinook hops. By 10am, 140lbs of hops were picked, bagged and ready for the 309km back to the brewery. By 2pm that afternoon the hops were in the brew kettle. This WET HOP PALE ALE is the result. Crafted with a nice, bready malt bill to balance the loads of fresh, aromatic, whole cone hops bursting with notes of bright citrus fruit.
