Kölsch is the name usually given to beers made in Cologne or in one of the breweries in the immediate vicinity of the city. Until now. This TesztAndrás beer is the second Kölsch experiment, this time with Lallemand Kölsch yeast, which does an excellent job of letting the subtle hop aromas work while producing pleasant fruity esters. In Gamma.16, we have again combined German precision with Flanders inventiveness, which we think we have developed to near perfection with the second brew. Golden in colour, reminiscent of cereal aromas, dry-balanced light summer beer, just the way we like it in Békésszentandrás.
