Thatcher's Old Rascal Cider is a blend of different apple varieties like Redstreak, Dabinett and Tremlett, which give the cider an unmistakable full-bodied and semi-dry taste. The name of the cider comes from an old legend, which says that an old fox in nocturnal actions regularly served on the fresh cider stocks and so one heard in the morning often the call "the Old Rascal's been at it again"!
