Baah! Baa-hah! Barleywine! Aha, so that's what all the sheep on Texel try to shout all the time.
This traditional barleywine, now with an updated recipe, has a full body and a dark colour. The taste is pleasantly sweet, a little bitter with a nice wood touch due to maturation in French oak.
