TRBB - The Bees of the Invisible

(GOLD FOIL) The Bees of the Invisible was brewed in January 2018 with New Jersey Pilsner malt barley and raw wheat, aged whole hops, and, following an extended boil, was periodically dosed in the koelschip with New Jersey blueberry honey throughout the first several hours of the overnight ambient cooling. This honeyed wort fermented spontaneously in neutral French Oak barrels and matured for 18 months before a natural bottle refermentation with blueberry honey from the same New Jersey apiary.
