This is the fruit of a local collaboration with Opyos Gin. Joe Wolff Brewed the beer with bergamote and aged it in Opyos Gin barrels. You will taste a very complex beer between 11% and 12% depending on the batch. This is a brilliant gift for special occasions. Every bottle is unique and numbered. Very limited production!
