The Bronx Brewery - Champaint Brut IPA

Champaint is a uniquely crafted 6.4% ABV, 20 IBU; Brut IPA that’s effervescent, with a dry, crisp finish, and a refreshing character that lingers—perfectly capturing the essence of a well-crafted champagne in beer form. Dark sweet cherries bring a sweet-tart flavor profile that adds depth and complexity. Conditioned on French oak wood chips, the brew also carries nuanced oak undertones that enrich its overall character! Kenny Rivero is a Dominican-born artist, raised in Washington Heights and now working in his studio in Mott Haven, Bronx. As a full-time professor at Columbia University, Kenny’s artwork explores the stories of his community.
