The Bureaucrat is an imperial stout aged and blended in in Rum, Bourbon, Bulgarian Red Wine Barrels matured on Tonka and vanilla beans coming at 12.1%. Some of this beer has been in barrel for 2 years while some for 6 months. The Tonka accentuates the barrel character by bringing out more cinnamon, almond, coconut, marzipan and vanilla flavours. The barrels brings out big dark fruit, toffee, bright berry and light roasted fruity coffee. Keep cold and drink between 8-12C. Cheers/Наздраве!
