Bishop Cider - The Cure

Interesting story... as we (as in Craig and I) loaded the kegs in the cooler, we noticed one labeled Bountry. We had no idea what it was, so we just keep loadin. Later, after they were stacked and chillin down for drinkin, we were told that the real name was The Cure. Not the band, the cider. Turns out that “bountry” is actually the Irish word for Elderberry, and as we’re always thinking of cool names for our ciders, that made sense. For a little while, then someone was like, no one is going to buy a bountry cider. It’s an interesting way to think about it but The Cure is way cooler, so The Cure it is. And I guess by now with all the rambling you know it’s an elderberry cider. That can only mean it’s semi-tart and slightly sweet. It also has a clean refreshing finish. Enjoy
