Maniacal - The Dainty Ginger

Despite the name, there's nothing dainty about the flavor in this mead. This metheglin mead was made exclusively with wildflower honey from Strong Bees, based in Brooklyn, Michigan. Pounds and pounds of fresh ginger light up the flavor and aroma a delicious heat to balance the sweet backbone.
