Beer description
To help celebrate 8 years doing what we love, we pushed the limits of our normal sour beers to new heights. An Imperial Berry Mixed Fermentation Sour brewed with Alberta Pilsner Malt, Flaked and Malted Oats, Red-X, Crystal-60 and Chit Malt, fermented with Ebbegarden Kveik and our house Lactobacillus strains. Dry-hopped with Centennial and then re-fermented on Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries and Black Currant. Bold and fruity, thicker than any beer we've ever made, with more fruit than we've ever used. It's our thank you for being so Dandy and supporting us through this almost decade
