Bierstaat - The Freedom

The Freedom is our non-canonical interpretation of the Belgian historical grissete style. A blend of pale and wheat malts, some oats for density, Citra and Amarillo hops added to the whirlpool, Belgian yeast for saison'a. The result is a full-bodied, slightly spicy and tart ale.
