Bierstaat - The Freedom: Mango/Peach Ed.

The Freedom : Mango & Peach ed. - Our non-canonical interpretation of the Belgian historical grissete style with the addition of mango and peach puree. A blend of pale and wheat malts, some rolled oats for density, Citra and Amarillo hops added on the whirpool, Belgian yeast for saison'a. The result is a full-bodied, slightly spicy and tart ale with a distinct but not overpowering tropical accent.
