The Great Dane Gold King

Since making Stache of Gold, Eric and I have been crafting IPAs from the same template but changing the hops varieties each time. This time they used hop variety, El Dorado. This hop has a strong Mango and Pineapple flavor profile, with a slight resin note. This is a very dry and easy drinking IPA.
