Beer description
A bock is a strong, German-style beer brewed with lots of malt flavor and fermented at cooler lager temperatures for a crisp, clean finish. A Maibock is a special, bronze-hued bock made to celebrate spring and traditionally tapped in May. Maibock is made with lighter colored malts than your average bock, resulting in a lighter in colored beer that expresses plenty of Honey like malt aromas. Low in hop character, this beer is all about the malt.
