Beer description
These fruited Brett beers use Belgian Prairie Tripel as the base beer. Belgian Prairie is fermented with 20% Wollersheim’s Prairie Fumé ™ wine must. Once the beer was finished fermenting and began its conditioning, they split off ~ 200 gallons into four separate Wollersheim oak barrels. Each barrel had fruit and Brettanomyces yeast added and were aged for six months. The result; four funky, fruity, unique beers that show a great deal of drinkability and refinement. Cheers!
