Medium bodied, moderately hoppy. A bracing amount of noble Saaz hops creates a clean, straightforward and moderately spicy flavor and aroma that’s refined, not heavy handed. Based on the original pilsner, they toast to Rosaline Peck, frontier woman and owner of Madison’s first public house.
