Our Pils is an unfiltered, German-inspired lager with a light, malt-forward body, lively carbonation, and a clean, refreshing bitterness. Brewed with low colour Maris Otter malt, it delivers a gentle sweetness that supports a vibrant hop character. This version features Ella hops from the Southern Hemisphere, bringing bright floral aromatics and a subtle spicy edge to the finish. We're keeping the Pils as a permanent member of our range, with regular hop variations to explore how this style responds to different expressions.
