Beer description
The Gose is a hybrid-fermented beer (16 degrees cent) that is extremely drinkable: the mouthfeel is characterised by a great savouriness due to the addition of 1 gram/litre of salt crystals during boiling; subsequently, it is the exotic component that dominates with a nice fruity cut due to the 5% lime juice in fermentation; the finish of bread crust and cereal balances the sip.
