The Lure - The Hop Revolution

‘You say you want a revolution, well, you know, we all want to change the world’ (Beatles). Hop Revolution is a low fermentation beer with a golden colour. It brings with it all the characteristics of an IPA, including hops of American origin, but introduces the element of novelty and revolution in fermentation through the use of a bottom-fermenting yeast. A rather simple grist of malts contributes to further emphasising the central role of the hops, not only aromatically, with aromas over all of tropical fruit and yellow flesh, but also in bitterness, with a sharp and constant presence.
