Beer description

The New IPA is a very special collaboration that we have developed together with an institution in the universe of the New England IPA such as Scott Janish, thanks to the collaboration of our friends Libros de Guarda, the first publishing house specializing in Spanish beer books. Titles like Scott’s The new IPA are the ones that have taught us how to work hops…We were so proud with the resoults of last year, that we have repeat it this year. At the best moment to do it is the month of the book, April. It’s an East coast IPA, with a dark yellow beer with a hazy look. In aroma we are surrounded by fruity notes of peach and tropical fruits. In each sip you will discover a new layer of fruit accompanied by a mellow and velvety sensation achieved by the combination of different malts. You will discover the fruits of peach, white melon, white grape, passionfruit, mango in each velvety layer of each sip of this new IPA and at the end you will enjoy its multifruit aftertaste! Malts: Barley malt, wheat malt, oat flakes and oatmeal Hops: Idaho 7, Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic and Simcoe Dry Hopping: Idaho 7, Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic and Simcoe
