Making single-hop beers has almost become a mission; this time it's the Australian Eclipse hop, developed in 2004 but which has received relatively little attention. Juicy, ripe tangerine and sweet, melon-peach notes are joined by a slight piney tartness that rounds out the palate harmoniously. Really delicious flavours in a medium-bodied, 6.9% ABV Hazy IPA that's easy to drink.
