Beer description
Our follow up to Ball or Sword, released in Dec 2020, The Sword, was aged for over 24 months in 10 year Woodford Reserve Double Oaked barrels. Deep black in color with a dark tan velvet head, notes of black sesame, dark fruit and toasted oak on the nose, full bodied with accents of Madagascar vanilla, caramel and slight barrel heat on the palate.
