Gluten-Free Belgian style ale, light colour, very refreshing taste, slightly bitter with medium alcohol content. Citrusy and spicy floral aroma, brewed with barley and wheat malts and the addition of grapefruit, bergamot and sweet orange peel. The slender body and dry finish emphasise the elegant citrus character. Very abundant and persistent, snow-white foam.
