Cyser (mead/cider hybrid or mead made with apples/apple cider/apple juice) made with clover blossom honey, apple cider, Saigon cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and vanilla beans. Our take on an apple-pie spiced cyser gives the bold apple and spice flavors, backed by the honey sweetness, without adding the heaviness of the crust (and allows the mead to stay gluten-free).
