Beer description

A very well-balanced beer, specifically formulated for celiacs. A 0.33 cl unfiltered lager brewed through a specific process which reduces gluten content without sacrificing the balanced pleasantness and the roundness that are typical of the classic Lager. Light and perfumed, it is enveloped between the freshness of hops and the impalpable notes of yeasts.
